Prospective presenters are requested to submit abstracts for papers, and are encouraged to discuss practical engineering, scientific, regulatory and economic issues in their work. Presentations covering favorable and unfavorable experiences with biofilters are encouraged in order to stimulate further discussion.
The abstract should include: title; authors’ names, titles, affiliations, addresses, telephone numbers and email addresses.
The presenting author should be underlined in the case of multiple authors. Indicate whether the work has been or will be presented or published elsewhere. The abstract should be no more than two pages, including figures and tables.
Abstract selection will be based on abstract quality and organization, technical content and originality, and relevance to the conference theme. Final papers must be no more than eight pages (2,000 words). The due date for abstracts was extended to June 4th, 2008. Abstracts must be submitted by email to Dr. Sergio Revah at srevah.uam.mx@gmail.com
Authors of abstracts selected for the conference will be notified by July 18th, 2008 and will be required to submit completed papers by September 15th, 2008 for inclusion in the conference proceedings. Instructions for preparing the papers and their presentations will be provided to successful authors.
